How You Will Grow
Mercury Digital Services offers a unique opportunity for personal growth.
You will grow through keeping the Mercury Marine PLM system contemporary. Mercury Marine’s products and product development processes are always improving and so the Mercury PLM system must adapt. As a member of the Mercury Digital Services team, you will grow by aligning people, processes, and the latest PLM technology. Your systems will be used in developing the world’s best recreational marine engines, drives, and accessories.
You will also grow through implementing leading PLM practices at other companies in different industries as a PLM implementation consultant. As a consultant, your experience during each project builds on the last as you refine your skills in mastering the nuances of different business environments such as: OEM, Engineer to Order, Build to Print, Start-up, Established Corporation, and more.
What Life is Like at Mercury Digital Services
“People. Processes. Systems.” Words to live by at Mercury Digital Services.
You will work with a collaborative team consisting of CAD Admin, CAM, CAD integration, IT infrastructure, PLM Admin, Six Sigma Black Belts, Applications Engineers, Project Managers, Account Managers, and Business Development professionals who share your passion for PLM.
You will work with the latest technology in the rewarding mid-market environment ($2B annual revenue and below). Mid-market client requirements have enough complexity to provide interesting PLM challenges such as: multi-site environments, global product development, multiple business units, and multiple CAD packages to name a few. At the same time, the mid-market client is nimble enough to make a rapid PLM implementation realistic. You will see your plans put into action.
